Kinetic Research Group (KRG) Bravo Chassis w/ ARCA-Enclosed Forend (Rem 700 SA)

This Kinetic Research Group (KRG) Bravo rifle chassis combines traditional target and varmint rifle stock ergonomics with KRG’s Enclosed Forend, giving your Remington 700 short action a tube-style front end in place of the standard polymer forend.

The KRG Bravo is built on a full-length aluminum “backbone” with a radius bedding surface CNC-machined internally for consistent contact with your round 700 action.

On the front end, the Enclosed Forend wraps around the barrel and works as a forend, spigot mount, and night vision mount all in one. M-LOK slots and the standard KRG hole pattern give you room for bipods, barricade stops, lights, and other accessories.

At the rear, the polymer cheekpiece adjusts through about 1" of travel and removes quickly with a clamp and thumbscrew. Length of pull adjusts with 3/8" spacers. The included 1-3 LOP kit reaches about 14", and with additional spacers the full range runs roughly 12.8" to 15". The buttstock has a built-in thumb shelf, can be set up with an angled lower surface or a butthook (cover sold separately), and uses KRG’s Remington 700-pattern recoil pad, so pre-fit aftermarket pads also fit.

On the ARCA Enclosed Forend itself, the top portion over the barrel is open so that a scope’s objective bell can sit low and close to the bore line with standard-height rings. If you like the feel of an AR-style handguard, this gives you that grip and profile on a bolt-action rifle.
