KRG Enclosed Forend

The Kinetic Research Group Enclosed Forend replaces the existing forend on your KRG Whiskey-3, X-Ray, or Bravo chassis. It’s a single lightweight piece that does three jobs at once: forend, spigot mount, and night vision mount.

It has a tube-style design that encloses the barrel and gives you both the standard KRG hole pattern and M-LOK slots for bipods, barricade stops, lights, and other accessories. Over the barrel, where a top rail would only crowd your optic, KRG left an open cutout. Keeping your scope close to the bore line matters, and that cutout gives the objective bell room to sit at a natural height so you can mount low on standard-height rings.

If you like the grip and profile of an AR-style handguard but shoot a bolt gun, the Enclosed Forend gives you that feel in a layout designed around a bolt-action rifle. Please keep in mind that for best results, barrel diameter needs to be 1.250" straight contour or less. KRG recommends staying at or below a “Remington Varmint” contour for the best balance and handling.
