Bore Tech's adjustable BORE GUIDE is a more economical version of Bore Tech's PATCH GUIDE™. It is a necessary tool for proper cleaning and protection of your firearms. These guides effectively align your cleaning rod with the bore to prevent unnecessary wear to your firearm and cleaning rod.
The bolt collars included with each BORE GUIDE will fit most most standard CENTERFIRE actions with a 0.695" to 0.700" bolt diameter, including Remington, Winchester, Ruger, Browning, Savage, & Mauser.

Bore Tech Bore Guide
Great product. Soft tip fits snugly into the chamber. Perfect for my Bold Action and even works for my AR-10 except that i need to pack a cloth around the fill end to secure it in place. I wasnt sure what the slot was for but learned that some, if not most, people use it to fill the barrel with solvent but some use it to wet the patch with solvent before pushing it down the bore and that way keeps your hands from coming into contact with the solvent.
