Put together using some of the highest quality components available, the Altus Long Range Hunter is light enough to be easily carried in the back country while still maintaining enough weight to make for an enjoyable rifle to shoot. Utilizing the MCS LRH stock platform, the Altus Long Range Hunter features an adjustable cheekpiece as well as a short ARCA rail for the ability to shoot from a tripod setup. That, coupled with the Hawkins Precision DBM makes for a feature rich design that feeds with the reliability expected of a detachable magazine setup while maintaining the low overall profile typically found in an internal box magazine system.
