Manners new MCS-PPF ( Pro Pack Folder ) was designed with an overall folded length of just 19″ while still maintaining the traditional styling and common features of the MCS line of stocks. This objective was accomplished by a total redesign of their patent-pending M5-folding-mini chassis which includes the addition of the hinge. The Pro Pack Folder inset hinge does not protrude which allows the pivot point to stay inside of the outside stock lines to keep the overall collapsed width as narrow as possible.
When the stock is in the folded position, the bolt handle of the rifle action closes over the palm section for an overall width of only 3.75 inches. With these features, you can quickly remove your Pro Pack Folder and deploy in one quick motion without physically releasing a mechanical hold-closed device. Two molded-in rare-earth magnets supply just enough tension to hold the stock in the folded position when stowing.
