Action: Defiance Machine RUCKUS  GA Hunter (Medium Action)
The RUCKUS was selected because it gives this build a smooth, consistent bolt cycle and Remington 700 footprint compatibility, and it is sized for a hunting rifle. Its Elite FDE Cerakote finish adds wear and corrosion resistance for field use.

Barrel: PROOF Research Carbon Fiber, 20" Sendero, 1:7.5" Twist
The PROOF carbon barrel keeps the rifle light at the muzzle while holding up under the heat of repeated shots. The 20" length keeps the rifle maneuverable in timber and blinds. The 1:7.5" twist stabilizes the heavier, high-BC 6.5mm bullets that make the PRC effective at distance.

The Hawkins Hunter DBM adds detachable-magazine convenience in a slim, lightweight profile. That makes loading and unloading in the field quick and quiet without adding bulk under the rifle.

Muzzle Brake: Salmon River Solutions Ti Pro 3 (Self-Timing)
The titanium Ti Pro 3 was selected to tame recoil with minimal added weight, so you can spot your own impacts and follow up if needed. Its self-timing design ensures proper alignment without shims. It is finished in Elite FDE Cerakote to match the action.
