Do we ship firearms?
As required by law, all firearms must be shipped to your local licensed FFL dealer or local Florida residents may complete their lawful transfer at our facility. Please understand your local laws regarding firearms and magazine restrictions. ALTUS Shooting Solutions follows all Federal and State firearms regulations and we cannot ship firearms or magazines to areas where they are restricted or prohibited by law.

Do we ship internationally?
We currently do not ship products outside of the United States.
Where else do we ship?
APO/FPO – We proudly offer Standard shipping to Military addresses! Please note that due to carrier size restrictions not all items are available for shipment. If an item you have selected is not eligible a message will be displayed during checkout.
US Territories – We currently offer shipping to Puerto Rico. For information on shipping to other US Territories, please email us at [email protected]
PO Boxes - At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
How do we ship?
Parcel – Your shipment will arrive via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you are not home, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order.
Truck Delivery – When the size and or weight of your shipment exceed the limits of our parcel carriers, your item will be delivered via one of our trusted freight carriers. Delivery timeframes will be stated in your cart. Due to carrier restrictions, items requiring truck delivery cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO, or internationally.

ALTUS Shooting Solutions takes great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the products we sell. Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect your merchandise and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. You may return your merchandise for a full refund (minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking/transaction fee) within 30 days as long as the merchandise is in new and unused condition and in it’s original packaging. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and may take 14 business days from time of request. Order cancellations prior to order shipping will be refunded in full (minus 3% CC processing fee) via company check.
We cannot accept returns on Training Course Registration Fees, Competition Registration Fees, Membership Fees, Gift Cards, Special-order Items, items shipped direct from the vendor, or used items.
