Their single-point cut-rifling process delivers the most consistent and accurate results. During the rifling process the cutter only removes .0001” of material at each pass, thus requiring hundreds of passes to rifle the barrel. While not the fastest method of production, adhering to this process produces near perfect concentricity between the bore and groove and an extrememly uniform twist rate.
